    This Rockin' 80's series should actually be called "Pop Rockin' 80's" -- few rock & roll fans would consider New Kids on the Block, Richard Marx or Will to Power to be rockin' artists. Ballads like REO Speedwagon's "Can't Fight this Feeling" or Gregory Abbott's "Shake You Down" are commonplace on this volume, so if your music collection boasts sounds no harder than Toto, this compilation is for you. Like the rest of this budget-line series, the disc has nonexistent liner notes and banal cover art that has nothing to do with the music on the CD. ~ Gina Boldman, All Music Guide
